The high-quality, low-cost Fire line has been newly released by Alkali for 2023. The Fire 2 skates are designed to take explosiveness and durability to a whole new level for players seeking the ultimate performance. The one-piece composite boot is far superior to two-piece boots, as it is lighter, transfers energy more efficiently, and provides an incredible out-of-the-box fit.
By utilizing a stiff pro-carbon composite, the Fire 2 allows for better energy transfer and responsiveness with every step, enabling faster starts and tighter corners. The medium volume fit profile offers a standard forefoot width and the overall most common internal volume.
The single Xena Indoor 76A Wheels feature a high-hardness urethane anchor, ensuring incredible rebound for maximum speed, and a low-hardness urethane outer layer for ultimate grip. The mABEC 9 pre-lubricated standard 608 speed bearings further enhance the performance.
Unlike the other Fire models, the Fire 2 has a straight chassis. Sizes 3-5 are equipped with 76mm wheels, while sizes 6-13 feature 80mm wheels. The Aluminum 6500 CNC frame chassis provides comprehensive control, with copper rivets for added durability.
The heat mouldable feature of the Fire 2 skates shortens the shrinkage time and ensures a highly customized fit around the foot. The special feature of the traditional Alkali lines is that the Fire line is available in an "E" width, slightly wider than the traditional normal "D" or "R" width.
To find the perfect fit, Alkali recommends choosing a size below the shoe size. For example, if your shoe size is 5, you should opt for a size 4 ice skate.
